Guido Scala
I was born in a valley in the Italian Rhaetian Alps, I have fished there since I was a child. I practice fly fishing and tying flies for almost 30 years.
I am on the board of directors and secretary of the Italian Fly Tiers Association, I give instruction classes and educational events in the most important clubs in northern Italy.
I collaborate as an author of content for fly fishing Italian magazines PIPAM and La Pesca Mosca e Spinning. I collaborate also with the company 54 Dean Street, based in Bologna, creating contents for its web blog and YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/@54DeanStreet.

In the last years I was hooked on Tenkara fishing and especially about the construction of traditional Japanese flies (kebari) and I am the administrator of the Facebook group “Tenkara Italy” and I give a kebari instruction class on the YouTube channel “Piacere Tenkara”
