British Fly Fair International

The Premier Fly Tying Show

Peter Kealey

Peter Kealey

I will be attending the British Fly Fair International in February 2026 and have been a regular attender since it’s inception in 2003.

I have been involved in the world of fly-tying for the best part of 40 years.

I have recently been involved in the digital publication of the Cork Collection of Flies in association with Inland Fisheries Ireland, an incredible historical collection of flies dating back to 1902 that has recently emerged and has created a lot of interest amongst Classic Salmon Fly-tiers.

In Stafford I will be demonstrating some of the flies from the collection along with some of Kelson’s Grub patterns. I might also tie some Irish Shrimp patterns as well. I will also have a supply of fly-tying wax cakes with me. I am looking forward to seeing everyone there.
